Pricings 2021/2022 - 5 Oaks Residence

The price includes:

• Overnight in comfortable, fully equipped rooms - bathroom with shower, kettle, fridge, flat LCD 32 "TV, towels

• Breakfast in the form of a buffet

• WI-FI internet available in the entire facility

• There is a barbecue and a place to light a bonfire

• Outdoor table tennis (ping-pong)

• Children's playground (trampoline, sandbox, swings, ladders, slide, etc.)

• A play area for the youngest (50 "TV monitor, games, toys, books, etc.)

• VAT tax

Extra fees:

• Short stay fees (1 day):  +20 PLN/ per person

• Short stay fees (2-3 day): +10 PLN/ per one person/one day

• ATTENTION! In the period of July-August, preferred stays of minimum one week

Discounts:

• Children up to 4 years of age (sleeping with parents) - free of charge (includes breakfast)

• Children 4-12 years old, sleeping on a separate bed, discount 5% (includes breakfast)

• Extra bed - minimum 50% of the price per person or according to the price list (includes breakfast)

Additional information:

• The hotel day (check-in) starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 (by prior arrangement, it is possible to extend the check-out)

• Non-smoking inside the building - smoking is possible on the balconies and in the outdoor area

• We have two three-story hotel buildings A and B (on the left and right side of the courtyard), each with 12 rooms. On each floor there are 4 rooms with balconies, and on the ground floor with terraces - with the possibility of going outside.
  Room for two (double person rooms) - about 20m2, are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor.
  Room for three (three person rooms) - approx 30m2, are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
  All rooms are with bathrooms with shower and toilet, fridge, kettle and 32 "TV, towels in the rooms.
  Economic rooms - without a balcony are located on the first floor in pavilion D, in the back of the property - one four-bed room (double bed - width 180 cm and two single beds - width 90 cm) and one five-bed room (double bed - width 180 cm, bed single - width 90 cm, foldable two-seater American - width 140 cm). Rooms with an area of ​​approx. 27 m2, with bathrooms with shower and toilet, fridge, kettle and 32 "TV.
  
  
• Some of the rooms are available for people with pets, while in others it is strictly forbidden to bring pets.
  If you want to come with a pet, as well as people allergic to animals, please inform us of this fact at the booking stage.

• Bicycles renting.

• An outdoor table tennis table is available for guests.

• The possibility of organizing special events, cruises on a five-person motorboat on the Szczecin Lagoon and its vicinity, sightseeing tours and additional attractions.

Additional fees:

• City tax, in accordance with the price list of the Municipal Office in Międzyzdroje - from 01/01/2021: PLN 2.40 / day / person

• Parking space reservation (at hotel parking) - requires prior reservation (still cheaper for our guests than on the street)
  - 20 PLN / day - in the period 01.10-30.04.
  - 25 PLN / day - in the period 01.05-30.09.

• Baby cot with bedding - PLN 15 / day

• Extra bed - single reclining armchair - American, with a regular rectangular shape and dimensions 80x200cm

• The fee for an animal is 25 PLN / day, and for shorter stays, not less than the equivalent for 3 days - arrival with an animal requires prior arrangement

• Coffee service available outside of meals (coffee, tea, cake, desserts, ice cream)

• Safe deposit box in the room - 5 PLN  / day

• Late check-out - leaving the room after 11:00 - by prior arrangement, depending on the possibility - 50 PLN  per room

• Additional: room cleaning - 30 PLN , bed linen change - 10 PLN  / set / person, towel change - 5 PLN  / set / person

• Bicycle rental:

  - for adults (28 "wheels) - 30 PLN / day - discounts for rentals for several days:
     3 days -15%, 6 days -25%

Payments and reservation details:

• Initial booking - after arrangements by e-mail or telephone,

• Full booking - after paying a minimum 30% deposit by bank transfer, card or cash - GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY AND AGREED PRICE

• Rest of a payment is payable on arrival, prior to check-in
• We accept payment by card, cash or bank transfer

Informations:

• The guarantee of keeping the price is to make a full reservation, with an advance payment of at least 30% of the price of the stay. After receiving the payment, we send a written confirmation of the reservation by e-mail - the lack of such confirmation may indicate that the room has not been reserved and, as a consequence, that it is not available - complaints in this case will not be considered.
• The price list does not apply to: special offers, special packages, and dates of holidays, New Year's, May 1 weekend and other so-called long weekends.
• The above-mentioned prices may increase as the number of available rooms decreases.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to a booked stay, with an advance payment and confirmed by us by e-mail or text message.
